Pairing is quick, and only takes a few clicks.
Once you have your FitXR mobile companion app paired to your account, syncing it with Apple Health is super easy.
- Open up your FitXR mobile companion app
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right
- Select the "Connected Apps" option from the menu
- Then tap on Apple Health ❤️
From there, you'll be asked what types of data you want to sync with Apple Health. Your choices here aren't permanent, and can be changed later on if you'd like.
After that, you're all set - your workout information will automatically sync with Apple Health after every session.
