Once upgraded to FitXR, there's a couple of steps you'll need to take in order to be able to access your original BoxVR workouts:
- Update and open up FitXR
- Follow the on-screen instructions and create your profile.
- Restart the app.
From here, you should be able to access both the new and your original workouts.
If you’ve previously purchased BoxVR but this isn't currently installed on your headset, you'll need to install the new update and complete the steps above. If you're still unable to see the pack after this, please contact us at email@example.com with:
- Your Account ID (this can be found in the app by going to the 'Settings' cog at the bottom of the home screen)
- Your confirmation of purchase email from Oculus.
