When you workout in FitXR, you have three options of how you can play; by yourself, in Community Play Mode or with friends in a private multiplayer room.
If you’d like to workout by yourself in FitXR, then before you start a workout you’ll need to make a slight change to the class settings. To do this:
- Choose the class you’d like to play
- Before entering the class, select ‘Change Class Settings’
- Select ‘Off’ next to Community Mode
- Click the X in the right hand corner of the screen to close the settings and start your workout.
This will remove all other players from your workout and only your score will appear on the leaderboard.
Unless Community Play has been turned off, you’ll be able to play on demand classes against real people who have previously completed the same workout as you. With this, each class you enter will automatically be populated with up to 6 of these players' avatars.
This means you can compete against others and work your way up the leaderboard to keep motivated and improve your score!
You can also workout with up to 6 friends in FitXR by creating or joining a room and having a private multiplayer session. You can read more about how to do this below:
As well as being able to workout with friends, you can also speak with them throughout the class to help keep each other motivated! You can read more about how this works here.
