Each class will consist of several short bursts of high intensity tasks where you’ll need to squat and reach for glowing cues with short rest periods in between. During your rest period, an instructor will run you through the next move and correct form so you can really get the best workout.
In these classes, you’ll be presented with a wall of cues that will light up and determine how you need to hit them.
- Blue cues need to be hit with your left glove
- Yellow cues need to be hit with your right glove
- Cues that are purple can be hit with any hand
- Cues with a shield in front of them need to be hit multiple times. You must break the shield to reveal the cue behind it.
Be careful, if you hit any inactive cues or a target with the wrong glove, you’ll be docked 250 points.
To gain FitXR points and move up the leaderboard, you’ll need to hit each illuminated cue accurately and quickly. You can read more about how the scoring work here.
