All refund enquiries are handled by Meta directly.
Sadly, at the moment, we're unable to cancel or refund memberships from our side. This is because the payment process is housed by Meta Oculus, and all payments are processed by them directly - they are responsible for the cancellation and refunding of all purchases made through their platform, and have told us explicitly that FitXR are not able to handle these requests.
To request a refund for your FitXR membership, you'll need to raise a ticket directly with Oculus support. You can do that by following this link, and choosing your preferred method for contact with their team.
Their agents would be able to give you more information on this, but so you're aware, all requests would be subject to the Oculus refund policy which, we'll link here for you.
NB: We've been made aware of some Oculus agents inappropriately re-directing customers back to FitXR here for refund queries. We appreciate this will be frustrating, but as mentioned we've been explicitly told by Oculus that this should not happen under any circumstances - if you are advised to get back in touch with us, please do challenge the agent you're speaking to on their refund procedure.
