Usually, FitXR cannot directly solve payment issues 🐛
To make sure we're being as transparent as possible, and to set a realistic expectation, in most cases FitXR cannot help with directly solving a subscription issue.
This is because at the moment, the Meta subscriptions system is used to process payments for all of our Memberships. This system is totally separate to FitXR, and we have no way of seeing any payments made through it (or errors with those payments).
As soon as you're directed out of the FitXR app, or you get a popup asking you for payment confirmation, we can no longer see what's happening.
We're in almost constant contact with Meta, and we do try our best to make sure problems are chased down and fixed as quickly as possible. But often, when things go wrong, its Meta that we're waiting for to get them fixed - which can take time.
So what do I do? 🤔
If you're receiving an error message when you try to sign up for FitXR membership, please do still reach out to us on Support@fitxr.com.
If we're aware of any workarounds then we can let you know, and we can make sure your voice is heard when we contact Meta to raise problems. In addition to doing this, we'd also recommend contacting Meta directly to make them aware.
