After creating your FitXR profile, we have a dedicated flow for redeeming a membership code.
If you've received a code to access the FitXR membership, redeeming it is quick and easy. First, you'll need to download the FitXR app on your VR headset, and then launch the app.
After launch, as a first time user, you'll be walked through a series of steps to create and tailor your fitness profile.
When your profile has been created, you'll reach this screen below.
From here, tap the yellow "Learn More" button in the centre of the screen, and then you'll be moved on to the screen below.
Once here, all you need to do to start the code redemption flow is select "Redeem A Code" on the left side of the screen.
When you've done that, you'll be asked for your 12 character code (this will be a mixture of letters and numbers). The code box will show 000-000-000-000 by default, click there to begin entering your code.
Then after a valid code has been entered and you've clicked confirm, you'll be shown the final screen to welcome you to membership. On this screen we'll also confirm the date your membership will expire.
